Appointments
We know how busy life is for you and we make every effort to accommodate your busy schedule. So that we can get our clients in and out on time, we expect our clients to be on time and keep their scheduled appointments. Please make appointments that you know you can keep. Last minute changes increase the cost of providing excellent care to our clients.
Payment Options
It’s to your advantage to understand every aspect of your dental care before beginning treatment. It is important for you to know your level of financial commitment in order to assist you and the Doctor in prioritizing your care.
• 5% Pre-Payment Courtesy
Most of our patients prefer this option. It allows you to benefit from a 5% courtesy discount when you pre-pay for treatment in the form of a check or cash.• 2% Pre-Payment Courtesy
You can take advantage of this option if you choose to pre-pay for your treatment with a credit card.• Care Credit
This option allows patients to choose interest free payment plans ranging from
3-12 months.• Dental Fee Plan (DFP)
Patients can finance larger amounts of treatment for longer periods of time.
Insurance
We are happy to assist you with your dental insurance as a courtesy and service to you. We will complete all forms pertaining to your dental insurance claims and send them promptly to your insurance carrier.
A Realistic View for Insurance
We want you to have a realistic view of what dental insurance really accomplishes for you. Your employer has purchased dental insurance for his employees. The more your employer paid for your dental insurance the higher the rates of coverage and the more you will receive in compensation from your insurance plan. Dental insurance is a mechanism to help you pay for your dental health decisions. It is not designed to help you make decisions about what treatment is in your best interest. We will not recommend dental treatment based on what your dental insurance will pay. Hopefully together we can work out a plan that makes sense for you and achieves the level of health and aesthetics that you desire.
